If you exceed your included voice minutes, additional minutes are billed at a rate of €0.30 per minute. You can also purchase minute packs in advance at a discounted rate of €30 per 100 minutes. We will notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly allocation.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

The setup fee is a one-time cost applied at the beginning for the complete configuration of your AI assistant. It includes: personalized AI responses based on your business (hours, services, location, specific rules), custom conversation flows (bookings, orders, FAQs), integration with your systems (Google Calendar, CRM, WhatsApp, Google Maps, any system), testing and optimization in the first days, and voice/chatbot/messaging customization to reflect your brand style. Think of it as training a virtual employee who already knows everything about your business - and never takes a break.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. All prices are in EUR. We accept all major credit cards and can arrange invoicing for Scale plan customers.
